We are on vacation this week in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. This is a picture of the house we are staying at.
I love being at the beach! It is the best! I am having so much fun playing in the sand. I also like to go to the edge of the water and run away when the waves get close to me.
I love the beach too....but not as much as my brother does!
Being outside in the sun made me really tired. I decided to take a nap on my Daddy's chest.

One of my new favorite activities is to throw sticks. Daddy teaches me which ones are good for throwing.
I also like picking flowers!
My Mommy got these out for me tonight. I received them a few years ago from Aunt Lisa but I was too little to use them then. Mommy didn't have to teach me how to use them today...I just got on them and started walking!
I am getting so big! I can sit while playing with toys at the same time!
I sat for a very long time on the grass while I was at the park today.
I love it when my brother sits next to me!
I am trying to eat the grass but Mommy won't turn her head long enough for me to sneak it in!
I went miniature golfing today for the first time. We were the only ones there so I ran all around and went to which ever hole looked the funnest!
I had a difficult time putting and I found it much easier to put the ball in the hole with my hands.

Bryce and I spent a lot of time with Daddy this weekend. Mommy had to work on Saturday at an event for her job. On Sunday we gave Mommy the "day off" for Mother's Day! We love special time with Daddy!
We made a special trip to my school today for a Mother's Day Tea! My class made cookies last week so that we could give our mommies tea and cookies to celebrate Mother's Day.

This is my teacher Mrs. Trischa. She is so nice to me especially when I have difficulty at school during nap time.
I played with my cousins Noah and Sammy today. We had a great time playing inside and outside on their playset.

I am sorta starting to crawl! It is not the traditional crawl but it certainly gets me across a room to where I want to go. My version is the scoot and drag method. Here is step #1 (scoot) in my preferred mode of transportation.

Look at me standing up! I began standing up and holding onto something for support this week. I am growing and changing everyday!
Look at how happy I am! I am feeling much better than I did last week. I smiled and laughed a lot today!
This is my first time playing with sand. I loved it! I really liked how the sand felt on my hands. I tried to eat sand but my Mommy stopped me before I had the chance to taste it.

Bryce liked having a playmate in the sandbox today. He did a great job sharing the toys with me.
I got bored in the sandbox and tried climbing out. I decided to move on to the swing next.
It is fun to be in the swing!
Since I haven't felt well this week, I have spent lots of time either being held or in the stroller. I love all of the attention I get when I am feeling bad!
We went for a walk this evening in our neighborhood. Mommy walked beside me and....
I'm a Dale Jr. fan. I can't wait until I am older so that I can go to a race with my Daddy!
A few of my teeth are trying to break through and it hurts so bad! I have been very uncomfortable for the past few weeks. I hope they come in soon!
