John and Bryce practiced hitting balls in the backyard this evening. Bryce recently began taking interest in hitting a ball with the bat.
Yeah! A great hit!
Lisa watched the boys for me this afternoon for a few hours. Bryce and Landon both had a great time playing at their cousins' house. They enjoyed being outside and splashing in a baby pool.
Landon enjoyed going down the slide into the water. Cousin Emily kept a close eye on him and kept him out of trouble.
Landon loved lying on the floor with Emily and looking at the clouds through the skylight.
Aaron and Bryce enjoyed playing a few games of Wii together.
We went to Hershey Park this evening with Molly, Wally and the Eckard Family. As always, the boys had a great time and enjoyed being on the rides with their cousins.

Another first for Landon - the Frog Hopper. He smiled and giggled the entire time!
June was a busy month for us and we were consumed with house projects. We didn't make it to the pool as often as we wanted to and we are hoping to make up for it in July and August.
We enjoyed the last two evenings at the swimming pool. Bryce and Landon love the new water park feature at our pool.
Bryce loves going from one water attraction to another. You can see the look of pure joy on his face in this picture.
We saw our cousins, the Stefanos, at the pool. We both planned on eating dinner at the pool so we sat together. Bryce and Landon had a great time playing with their cousins!
Landon is a handful at the pool. He constantly runs away from us and wants to do only what he wants to do. In this picture, cousin Becky was helping us out by chasing Landon while John took pictures. He decided to wear a bowl on his head and pretend it was a hat. He is so silly and NAUGHTY!
Bryce invited our neighbors Christian and Andrew over to play this evening. They had a great time putting on shows as I filmed them. In this picture, they were pretending to be on a cooking show and made grilled cheese, using rice as their main ingredient. Too funny!
They boys next decided to make a movie. They held a wedding ceremony with Bryce as the groom and Andrew as the bride.
The boys were super heros in this movie. Our selection of larger size costumes is limited, so Christian wore one of my costumes and Andrew wore one of John's. The boys were hilarious together and I had a great time filming them.
Happy Independence Day! To celebrate the holiday, we invitied some friends over for a picnic.
Despite off and on rain showers, the kids had a great time playing together. They stayed outside and ran around when it drizzled instead of coming inside for shelter.
The kids enjoyed making crafts together.
We could see fireworks from our driveway, so everyone went outside to watch.
The boys and I spent the afternoon at my parents' house visiting. They had a great time playing with their cousins. In this picture, they are "flying" with Aunt Lisa and Cousin Chris.
Aaron tried to teach Bryce how to play his violin. I think Bryce really enjoyed it.
Landon ran away from Megan each time she tried to hold him. This is the only picture I was able to get of the two of them together!
My mom made gobs this evening. Gobs, also known as whoppie pies, were a favorite in our house when we were growing up. The kids loved helping Molly make them! As you can see in this picture, they didn't give her much room to move!
Chris and Aaron helped me load the boys in the car. They entertained them while I finished getting ready to leave.
My entire family got together today so we decided to take a family photograph. It is rare for all of us to be together at the same time!

The weather today was perfect for an afternoon at the park - low 80's and breezy. So I loaded the boys in the car and we went to a county park we had never visited before.

Landon loves hanging! He tries to hang on everything!
The play set had a built in race car track. Bryce sat here and played with it for at least a half hour. I had to drag him away from it. He loved it!
Landon loved this very slippery slide. He flew down it in lightening speed!
We brought Bryce's bike along so he could ride. He was exhausted by the time we got the bike out and he only rode for a few minutes.
We set up the Slip 'n Slide yesterday evening and invited a few neighbors to join in the fun. Everyone had a great time!
The older kids are so good with Landon. They helped him go on the Slip 'n Slide, but he hated it! He had more fun watching and splashing in the water on the side.
After playing with the Slip 'n Slide, the kids played with water balloons. What a great evening!
